If the Soul, the Self is free from the bondage of ‘I’ then it is free from ignorance.+

The ‘I’ itself is the illusory bondage because the ‘I’ itself is the cause of ignorance. Only in ignorance is the Soul bound by the illusory experience of birth, life, death, and the world.
In reality, there is no second thing that exists other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
If the Soul, the Self, is free from the bondage of ‘I’ then it is free from ignorance.
If the Soul, the Self, is free from ignorance, then there is no bondage of form, time, and space. The bondage is present only when the ‘I’ is present.
When the Soul, the Self, is free from the ‘I’, then it is free from the bondage of form, time, and space.
If the Soul, the Self, is free from the bondage of form, time, and space, then it is free from the bondage of the universe.
If the Soul, the Self, is free from the bondage of the universe, then it is free from the waking experience.
If the Soul, the Self, is free from the waking experience, then it is free from the experience of birth, life, and death.
If the Soul, the Self, is free from the experience of birth, life, and death, then it is free from the dualistic illusion.
If the Soul, the Self, is free from the dualistic illusion, then it is in its own awareness.
A perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ is needed.
Gnani can point at the sky, but the seeing of the star is the seeker's own work.
It is necessary to reflect on the same truth again and again till it becomes a reality. One needs to constantly reflect on the subject until one gets a firm conviction of 'what is what.' Words are needed until one gets a firm conviction of ‘what is what’.
People need to read and hear the words of wisdom to think reason reflect deeply, and reach the ultimate end.
Swami Vivekananda: ~Jñāna Yoga is divided into three parts. First: hearing the truth--that the Atman is the only reality and that everything else is Maya. Second: reasoning upon this philosophy from all points of view. Third: giving up all further argumentation and realizing the truth. This realization comes from being certain that Brahman is real and everything else is unreal.
It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the Self, to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space. : : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Know what is mind is supposed to be in actuality. The mind is the form, time, and space together. The form, time, and space together is the universe.+

Know what is mind is supposed to be in actuality. The mind is the form, time, and space together. The form, time, and space together is the universe.
The universe appears as waking (duality) and disappears in deep sleep (nonduality).
The ‘I’ is prior to the thought. Remember this: the ‘I’ is not thought because the ‘I’ is the mind.
The thoughts arise to you only in the waking experience. There are no thoughts in deep sleep.
The thoughts come to you because you are the thinker. You are not the Self; the Soul is the Self.
The Soul, the Self, has nothing to do with you and your thoughts and the world in which you exist.
From the standpoint of the Soul, you and your thinking and your thoughts and the world in which you exist are merely an illusion created out of the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Some Gurus believe everything is nothing but the thought, and when one realizes everything is thought, realization happens. Such claims are merely a hallucination.
Thoughts and thinkers belong to the universe, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya.
Without the form, time, and space, the thoughts will not form.
Thoughts come to the thinker. The thinker is an individual, whereas the ‘Self is not an individual.
The source of the thoughts is the ego. Without the ego, the thoughts will not arise.
You are the thinker. The thoughts come to you. You are bound by form, time, and space, whereas the Soul, the Self, is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
The thoughts will not arise in the domain of the Soul, the ‘Self’, because it is the ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
The thoughts come to the thinker within the dualistic illusion. Without the illusion, the thinker, thoughts, and the world in which the thinker exists cease to exist.
Remember:~
Just by finding out to whom the thoughts come? Who is the knower? - It is impossible to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.
A perfect understanding of ‘what is what' is what is very much necessary to cross the threshold of the dualistic illusion or Maya.
‘I’ is not the thought. The ‘I’ is form, time, and space together. Without the form, time, and space, the ‘I’ ceases to exist. Without the form, time, and space, the thinker and thoughts cease to exist.
,
The one who realizes the fact that he, his thoughts, and the words he utters, and the world in which he exists created out of a single stuff, and that single stuff is consciousness.
Thus, everything is consciousness. Realizing everything is consciousness leads to Self-awareness. Thus, using words or no words has is nothing to do with Gnani.
Only ignorant people talk of nonduality, not to use words with words.
The world in which you exist, your thoughts, and your world are made of a single stuff. Knowledge of that single stuff is Soul, the Self, which is hidden by illusory form, time, and space.
Mentally reduce the world in which you exist into waking experience and waking experience into mind and mind into consciousness by perfect understanding of ‘what is what’.

When you realize 'what is what’ you will realize everything is nothing but consciousness. There is no second thing that exists other than consciousness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Everyone thinks he has to follow some Guru or Godmen, but all these methods are full of frustrations and give no real satisfaction.+

Advaita is not a theory. Advaita is the nature of the truth. Advaita is the nature of the invisible Soul, the Self. Advaita is the invisible Soul itself. Advaita is the nature of God in truth because Rigveda says the Soul itself’ is God.
Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.
Do not accept any other God other than the Soul. The Soul is God in truth, Nothing is real but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Nothing matters but realize God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything. Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.
God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is real and eternal and all else is an illusion.
Brahman is merely a word to indicate the ultimate truth or God in truth. The ultimate truth itself is God in truth. Advaita is nothing but God in truth.
Thus, it is time to realize the world in which we exist is created out of the invisible Soul, which is the Self. The invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is the cause of the world in which we exist and it, itself’ is uncaused.

The invisible Soul alone is real and eternal. The eternal Soul itself is God in truth.
All the gurus of east and west propagate their own theory and call it Advaita.
Only in religion and the yogic path, one has to follow and practice. Everyone thinks he has to follow some Guru or Godmen, but all these methods are full of frustrations and give no real satisfaction. Reality has no method. Illusion has many methods, many problems, and many concepts.
To overcome illusion or concepts, one should know the source of the mind and from where does this mind arise? “When the mind is there then only the universe is present.
The absence of the mind is absent of the universe. Absent of the universe is absent of duality. Absent of duality is absent of thoughts.
Thus, until one becomes aware of what is mind and what is the substance of the mind it is impossible to assimilate the non-dualistic or Advaitic truth.
Advaitic wisdom does not come just by sitting quietly, observing silence, and meditating, indulging in repeating mantras, reading books, hearing sermons, meeting Gurus or yogis, and by doing pranayama, but wisdom dawns only when you realize the fact that the ‘Self’ is not you, but the Self is the invisible Soul.
Some Gurus give speeches telling people to surrender to the Guru unconditionally then only they get self-realization. All such claims are empty words. Their falsity speaks louder than words.
If you are seeking truth then you should disregard such claims. Not by listening to the sermons of the Gurus, nor by the study of books, not by meritorious deeds, nor by any other means to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
That is why Swami Vivekananda said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher, but your own Soul.”
The Guru is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and the Guru is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known.
A Guru is needed in the religious and the yogic path. There is no need for a Guru to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
That is why Buddha said: ~ “Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true.
Upanishads:~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking they wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Upanishads Nikilanada - Ch II-5 P-14)

Advaitic Wisdom consists in knowing the truth, that everything (mind or physical existence) is consciousness. The freedom (ultimate truth) is always there yet one does not know it. But to those whose reason is turned away from physicality and who have attained the serenity of the Soul or the consciousness, the Self, is quite near to realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Manduka Upanishad:~ Yoga is in the sphere of duality and is unnecessary to one who knows Advaita or non-duality.+

Manduka Upanishad:~ Yoga is in the sphere of duality and is unnecessary to one who knows Advaita or non-duality.

Sage Sankara  Yoga in no way brings about wisdom, much less liberation.  Yoga and meditation are useful to bring the restless ego under control. Yoga and meditation are not means for Self-realization.

By indulging in yoga and meditation it will lead not lead to the ultimate end of understanding. Yoga cannot remove ignorance. It is only a step. It removes obstructions.

Sage Sankara definitely says that yoga is not the means of liberation (page 132-133 of his commentary on Brihadaranyakopanishad).

Ashtavakra says: - "This is your bondage, that you practice Samadhi or meditation.”

Remaining thoughtless in the waking experience is yogic Samadhi. Yogic Samadhi is not the Advaitic wisdom

Brih Upanishad: page 32. "Yoga does not yield truth or liberation."

One who is in Samadhi will not know that this universe as the consciousness; therefore yoga is not the means to Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
In Samadhi the yogi knows nothing, sees no universe; so if there is nothing but blankness. The blankness is not the Advaitic wisdom.
The yogi does not know the nature of the universe. If the universe is not seen in the Samadhi then there is no need to use the word Atman and Brahman.

The yogi is unaware of the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

Remember:~

The yogis are largely self-deluded. Otherwise, they would not set themselves up as different from others. They seek influence over others or money, by thus differentiating themselves. The Gnani never does this.

The yogis promise blessings etc. to those who surrender themselves and their wealth to them. Many yogis live questionable lives with women disciples. Those who wish to deceive others give out yoga and religion.

The world must be seen before one can know its true nature in Gnana. The yogi, who shuts it out, thereby deprives himself of the opportunity to achieve Gnana.

The yogi must go to the ashram, some special place, some cave, or other. Whoever must sit in a posture is attached to the body, thus, it is impossible to realize the Advaitic truth.

To be desireless means to feel that you have everything in you; that there is nothing outside you; therefore, what have you to desire?
The populace misunderstands and thinks desirelessness means asceticism. The Gnani has nothing to give up when all is Brahman or God in truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Dalai Lama:~Being able to have sexual contact without releasing semen is something needed when you practice the advanced stages of the complete stage.+

Buddhist believe sexual intercourse without releasing semen is required for your spiritual growth.

***
Buddhist Teachings about Sex of Tantric Buddhism.

“Being able to have sexual contact without releasing semen is something needed when you practice the advanced stages of the complete stage." ~ Dalai Lama
•••
"For Buddhists, sexual intercourse can be used in the spiritual path because it causes a strong focusing on Consciousness if the practitioner has firm compassion and wisdom. Its purpose is to manifest and prolong deeper levels of mind (described earlier with respect to the process of dying), in order to put their power to use in strengthening the realization of the emptiness. Otherwise, mere intercourse has nothing to do with spiritual cultivation. When a person has achieved a high level of practice in motivation and wisdom, then even the joining of the two sex organs or so-called intercourse does not detract from the maintenance of that person’s pure behavior..."
"Through special techniques of concentration during sex, competent practitioners can prolong very deep, subtle, and powerful states and put them to use to realize emptiness. However, if you engage in sexual intercourse within an ordinary mental context, there is no benefit." - How to Practice, Way to a Meaningful Life, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Translated by Jeffrey Hopkins.
SK:~ I respect the views and wisdom of H. H Dalai Lama.
As per my conviction: ~
Sex is nothing to do with the Soul, which is sexless because it is the ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
The one which born, lives has sex, and dies within the world is not the Self because the ‘Self is birthless and deathless.
The ‘Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
If the ‘Self’ is not you, by you having sexual intercourse the ignorance will not vanish. Wisdom is not product intercourse. All these imaginary theories based on the false self within the false experience produce only hallucination not the realization of truth.
Those who propagate Samadhi through sexual intercourse are not Gnanis. Sexual intercourse is nothing to do with the Soul, which is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. Those who indulge in sexual activities in order to get enlightenment will permanently remain in the prison of the dualistic illusion. They are unfit to acquire Self-knowledge.
Sex and the sexual act are not the means to Self-realization because the Self is genderless and ever formless. Sex implies duality. The tantric sex is a theory based on the false Self (you) within the false experience (waking). When the world in which you exist is an illusion, thus having sex within the illusory world is bound to be an illusion.
Sex belongs to the domain of duality. What is the use of discussing celibacy and sex in the Atmic path when the Atma is genderless because it is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence?
Dalai Lama said: ~ Buddhism need not be the best religion though it is most scientific and religion and inquisitive. But Buddhism has no answer to certain questions like the existence of Atama (Soul) and rebirth. Dali Lama said that as an individual he believes in rebirth as he had come across a few cases of rebirth. Modern science, Dalai Lama hoped would unearth the mystery behind the rebirth. (In DH –dec-212009-Gulbarga).
Buddhist do not believe in Atma. Thus, the entire Buddhist theories and sutras are physically based therefore, they yield the truth of the part not the truth of the whole. All the Buddhist teachings are not of the Buddha, but it is mixed up with other religions of different nations in Asia which were merged with Buddhism. Thus, It is very difficult to get the pure essence of pure essence Bhagavan Buddha‘s wisdom.
Buddhism has not proved the truth of Nonduality. , Advaitic Sages agree Buddha pointed out the unreality of the world.
Buddha told people they were foolish to cling to it. But he stopped there. He came nearest to Advaita in speech but not to Advaita fully.
Only when we independently search the truth without religion and its doctrine then we will be able to realize the truth beyond form, time, and space. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

If one has understood what truth really is then there is no necessity to know ‘who you are?+

If one has understood what truth really is then there is no necessity to know ‘who you are?
If one has understood what ‘truth ‘really is “then there is no necessity to know ‘who you are?
WHO AM I?’ or ‘I AM THAT’ reveal only half-truths because they are limited to individuality and reveal only the unreal nature of the ego.
The ego is individuality whereas the invisible Soul’, the Self’ is not an individual because it is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
Thus, the journey is incomplete.
The seeker has to go much deeper to know the full truth about the ‘Self', which is beyond form, time, and space.
Remember:~
What is the use of finding out ‘who you are?’ It is an undeniable fact that you are the birth entity born in this world.
You think you are an individual separate from the world. You think the world existed prior to you and you are born in it but you are unaware of the fact that you and your experience of birth, life, death, and the world are a reality within the dualistic illusion or Maya. The dualistic illusion or Maya is present in the form of the ‘I’.
Why you are saying I AM THAT when the Self is not you but the invisible Soul is hidden by the ‘I’.
You are saying I AM THAT within the world in which you exist.
The world in which you exist is the dualistic illusion or Maya. What is the use of saying I AM THAT within the dualistic illusion or Maya?
The dualistic illusion or Maya hides the Self. Realize the Self’ is not you but the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
The dualistic illusion or Maya is present in the form of the ‘I’. The ‘I’ appears and disappears. The Self is not the ‘I’. The invisible Soul, the Self’ is always present is hidden by the ‘I’

A perfect understanding of ‘what is what' is needed to realize the truth, which is hidden by the . :~~ Santthosh Kumaar

Self-inquiry is not finding out who you are but realizing the Self is not you but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.+

Self-inquiry is not finding out who you are but realizing the Self is not you but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Self-inquiry is finding out the ‘Self’ which is hidden by the illusory universe, in which we exist.

By inquiring ‘Who am I?’, ignorance will not vanish.

Without getting rid of ignorance, the Advaitic wisdom will not dawn.

The ‘WHO AM ‘I’?’- inquiry is good at the starting point of the pursuit of truth but in later stages it creates confusion. When the Self is genderless then it is not He/She. Therefore, using the word ‘I AM’ for the Self is erroneous. Deeper Self-search reveals the fact that the Self is not the ‘I’, therefore ‘WHO AM I?- inquiry will not help to unfold the truth beyond the form, time, and space.

The one who holds the ‘I’ as the Self never will be able to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Thus, it is necessary to realize first the ‘I’ is not the Self, but the Self is the Soul, the formless witness of the ‘I’.

The ‘I-centric' teaching and teachers are not a yardstick in the path of wisdom. ‘I’ based teaching will not lead the seeker to the ultimate end of his inner journey.

Remember:~

Without the Advaitic wisdom, it is not possible to realize the truth, which is hidden within the world in which we exist.

That is why Sage Sankara Says: ~ VC-63. Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the ‘Self’ how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.

What is the use of saying ‘I AM THAT’- without knowing what the ‘Self’ is in actuality?

Without knowing the truth of the Self, without realizing the truth of the world in which you exist it is impossible to realize the truth beyond the form, time, and space.

By a mere utterance of the word ‘I AM THAT', the truth will not be revealed. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara said: ~Liberation comes only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way.+

The Self is not you, but the Self is the invisible Soul, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space. If the Self is the invisible...
