If the Soul, the Self is free from the bondage of ‘I’ then it is free from ignorance.+
Know what is mind is supposed to be in actuality. The mind is the form, time, and space together. The form, time, and space together is the universe.+

Everyone thinks he has to follow some Guru or Godmen, but all these methods are full of frustrations and give no real satisfaction.+
Manduka Upanishad:~ Yoga is in the sphere of duality and is unnecessary to one who knows Advaita or non-duality.+
Manduka Upanishad:~ Yoga is in the sphere of duality and is unnecessary to one who knows Advaita or non-duality.
Sage Sankara Yoga in no way brings about wisdom, much less liberation. Yoga and meditation are useful to bring the restless ego under control. Yoga and meditation are not means for Self-realization.
By indulging in yoga and meditation it will lead not lead to the ultimate end of understanding. Yoga cannot remove ignorance. It is only a step. It removes obstructions.
Sage Sankara definitely says that yoga is not the means of liberation (page 132-133 of his commentary on Brihadaranyakopanishad).
Ashtavakra says: - "This is your bondage, that you practice Samadhi or meditation.”
Remaining thoughtless in the waking experience is yogic Samadhi. Yogic Samadhi is not the Advaitic wisdom
Brih Upanishad: page 32. "Yoga does not yield truth or liberation."
Dalai Lama:~Being able to have sexual contact without releasing semen is something needed when you practice the advanced stages of the complete stage.+
Buddhist believe sexual intercourse without releasing semen is required for your spiritual growth.
If one has understood what truth really is then there is no necessity to know ‘who you are?+
Self-inquiry is not finding out who you are but realizing the Self is not you but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.+
Self-inquiry is not finding out who you are but realizing the Self is not you but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Self-inquiry is finding out the ‘Self’ which is hidden by the illusory universe, in which we exist.
By inquiring ‘Who am I?’, ignorance will not vanish.
Without getting rid of ignorance, the Advaitic wisdom will not dawn.
The ‘WHO AM ‘I’?’- inquiry is good at the starting point of the pursuit of truth but in later stages it creates confusion. When the Self is genderless then it is not He/She. Therefore, using the word ‘I AM’ for the Self is erroneous. Deeper Self-search reveals the fact that the Self is not the ‘I’, therefore ‘WHO AM I?- inquiry will not help to unfold the truth beyond the form, time, and space.
The one who holds the ‘I’ as the Self never will be able to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Thus, it is necessary to realize first the ‘I’ is not the Self, but the Self is the Soul, the formless witness of the ‘I’.
The ‘I-centric' teaching and teachers are not a yardstick in the path of wisdom. ‘I’ based teaching will not lead the seeker to the ultimate end of his inner journey.
Remember:~
Without the Advaitic wisdom, it is not possible to realize the truth, which is hidden within the world in which we exist.
That is why Sage Sankara Says: ~ VC-63. Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the ‘Self’ how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech.
What is the use of saying ‘I AM THAT’- without knowing what the ‘Self’ is in actuality?
Without knowing the truth of the Self, without realizing the truth of the world in which you exist it is impossible to realize the truth beyond the form, time, and space.
By a mere utterance of the word ‘I AM THAT', the truth will not be revealed. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
Sage Sankara said: ~Liberation comes only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way.+
