Religion has nothing to do with the pursuit of truth because the ultimate truth is not based on blind belief, and religion is based on blind belief. +

The religion was introduced in the past for the benefit of the populace who are incapable of grasping the ultimate truth.

Religion has nothing to do with the pursuit of truth because the ultimate truth is not based on blind belief, and religion is based on blind belief.

The seeker has to ignore the religion and its rituals and search for the ultimate truth. Religion and religious rituals are unsafe rafts for crossing the ocean of ignorance.

Doomed to shipwreck are those who try to cross the ocean of ignorance on these poor rafts or rituals. Ignorant of their own ignorance, yet wise in their own esteem, these deluded people, proud of their vain learning, go round and round like the blind led by the blind.

The essence of the Mundaka Upanishad is: Do not be satisfied with rituals, yoga, etc., which are good in their own way, but inquire. Into what? Brahman and Atman are things you can never see. So do not inquire into them. Inquire into the world around you, which you can see. Science tells you it is passing away every second. Everything is dying repeatedly. Where is it going? Thus, you follow up your inquiry into what you can lay your hands on. How can you inquire into Atma, which you cannot see? So first, we deal with the known and seen; this inquiry leads up to the unknown in the end.

Remember:~

The dream becomes unreal when waking takes place. Similarly, the waking becomes unreal when Advaitic wisdom dawns.

The Advaitic wisdom dawns when you realize the ‘Self’ is not you, but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

From the standpoint of the invisible Soul, the Self, the world in which you exist is merely an illusion. Thus, all the happenings within the illusion are bound to be an illusion.

Until ignorance is there, the world in which you exist prevails as a reality.

When ignorance vanishes through Advaitic wisdom, then the world in which you exist which you think as realit,y becomes an illusion.

Remember: ~

You, your body, and the universe in which you are born and going to die are created out of single clay and that single clay is the Soul or consciousness.

The invisible Soul, the Self, is unborn, eternal. The Soul has neither birth nor death because it is ever ever-formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

It is foolish to discuss birth and death, which is the part and parcel of the illusory universe, or Maya in Atmic discussion, which is based on the invisible Soul, the Self, which is unborn, eternal.

Prior to birth (illusory universe), there was only consciousness. After death (illusory universe), only consciousness will prevail as eternal existence.

Sage Goudapada quotes from the Upanishads: ~  There's no plurality here. The invisible Soul, through its powers, appears to be many. Those who are attached to the creation or production, or origination, go to utter darkness. The unborn is never reborn, for what can produce it?”

Sage Goudapada’s rational exposition of Advaita:~ Whatever is seen, whether external or internal, whether by the ordinary persons or yogis, is unreal.

Thus, whatever you have seen, known, believed, and experienced as a person within the waking experience is bound to be an illusion created out of consciousness.

Thus, the invisible  Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness alone, is real and eternal.

Consciousness is ever-present. Without consciousness, the world in which you exist ceases to exist. Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny consciousness, because it is the very essence of the one who denies it.

Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman. :~ Santthosh Kumaar

The ‘I’ is blocking your realization of truth. The ‘I’ based teachings have to be discarded to realize the Advaitic reality.+

Most of the Gurus and Yogis' approach was more practical, and they stuck with the reality of the 'I'; they take it as real.

All their teachings of Advaita are based on the dualistic perspective. They describe marvelously the goal but do not indicate the steps to be taken: their recurring phrases "unified consciousness," "let go," and "'love alone" are not a roadmap. Such teaching will not yield the truth of the whole.

Many Gurus describe to perfection the awakening to Reality ~the realization that pure Consciousness alone is, that the perpetually fluctuating and evanescent contents of the mind derive from it. This awakening effectively happens in an instant. But for the lightning flash to take place, resulting in a firm and unshakable certitude, long labor is necessary, which they seem to underestimate. “Truth is formless is their answer.
Many gurus' teaching seems essentially negative, potent but bitter medicine for those imprisoned by institutional cults. They break the disciple's bonds but then lead him to a vast desert where they abandon him.
The ‘I’ is blocking your realization of truth. The ‘I’ based teachings have to be discarded to realize the Advaitic reality.
The seeker has to make sure what this ‘I’ is supposed to be. The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’, which comes and goes, to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.
That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)
The ‘I’ hides the truth of the whole.
Where there is ‘I’, there is ignorance.
Where there is ignorance, there is separation.
Where there is a separation, there is duality.
Where there is duality, there is an illusion.
Where there is an illusion, there is the mind.
Where there is the mind, there is the universe.
Where there is the universe, there is waking or dream.
Where there is the universe, there is waking or dream; there is form, time, and space.
But remember:~
Where there is no ‘I’, there is no ignorance.
Where there is no ignorance, there is no separation.
Where there is no separation, there is no duality.
Where there is no duality, there is an illusion.
Where there is no illusion, there is no mind.
Where there is no mind, there is no universe.
Where there is no universe, there is no waking or dream.
Where there is no waking or dream, there is no form, time, or space
When there are no divisions of form, time, and space, there is the Advaitic reality.
Perfect understanding of ‘what is what' leads to the realization of Advaitic truth, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Until you unlearn dualistic knowledge, it is impossible to realize nondualistic truth. +

Do not hold any book as an authority. Until you mentally transcend the universe into the Spirit by perfect understanding and assimilation of 'what is what', it is impossible to realize the Spirit or God hidden by ignorance.
Until you unlearn dualistic knowledge, it is impossible to realize nondualistic truth.
In Spirituality, the Spirit is God. You must take the ultimate truth as God or Christ. First, the Seeker has to realize what God is supposed to be in truth.
The invisible Soul, the Self, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
God in truth pervades everything and everywhere in the universe in which we exist.
Thus, everything is God because the whole universe is created out of God or Spirit or consciousness).
If you know the Self as the invisible Soul, then the invisible Soul, the Self, is free from the cage of the dualistic illusion or Maya.
Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom has nothing to do with Advaitic orthodoxy but the pure spirituality par excellence, wide and deep as the ocean, which contains virtually all the water of the world and in which ignorance ultimately dissolves.
Advaitic Truth is very simple, but it is very difficult to grasp because of ignorance.
One needs to only realize that the world in which you exist is created out of a single clay. And that single clay is the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Thus, you and your body and the world in which you exist are nothing but consciousness because they are merely an illusion created out of consciousness. A perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ is needed.
A Gnani can point at the sky, but the seeing of the star is the seeker's own work.
It is necessary to reflect on the same truth again and again till it becomes a reality. One needs to constantly reflect on the subject until one gets a firm conviction of 'what is what.'
Words of wisdom are needed until one gets a firm conviction of ‘what is what’.
People need to read and hear the words of wisdom to think reason and reflect deeply and reach the ultimate end.
Sage Sankara in Bhaja Govindam says:~ (One without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.: :~Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara does not believe in bookish knowledge. Sage Sankara denies the authority of any book over any other book.+

Sage Sankara does not believe in bookish knowledge. Sage Sankara denies the authority of any book over any other book.

Sage Sankara emphatically denies that any one book contains all the truths about Brahman or God, the invisible Soul, the ultimate reality.
It is impossible to realize the Self through bookish knowledge. A feeling of profound respect for the physical Guru is still more difficult to uphold. If you are seeking truth, know must not cling to any physical Guru or his teaching.
Sage Sankara himself had often said that his philosophy was based on Shruti, or revealed scripture. This may be because Sage Sankara addressed the ordinary man, who finds security in the idea of causality and thus, in the idea of God, and Revelation is indispensable to prove the latter. He believed that those of superior intelligence have no need of this idea of divine causality, and can, therefore, dispense with Shruti and arrive at the truth of Advaita by pure reason.
Sage Sankara says: ~ VC-47 All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the not-Self.

Sage Sankara says – “VC-162- There is no liberation for a person of mere book-knowledge, howsoever well-read in the philosophy of Vedanta, so long as one does not give up the false identification with the body, sense organs, etc., which are unreal.
All accumulated knowledge that is mental garbage is of no use in the quest for truth. The seeker has to discard all the accumulated knowledge and start afresh
Perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ through deeper thinking and reasoning helps to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana, or Atma Gnana.
Reading and reflecting on my blogs and postings gradually, the seekers will start assimilating and realizing ‘what is the truth’ and what the untruth is.
Repeated reading of my blogs and postings makes the seeker, Soulcentric, and the inner dialogue will start, and clear all the doubts and confusion.
When there are no doubts and confusion, then they have realized the truth that form, time, and space are one in essence. And that essence is consciousness.
There is no use in wasting time in questioning and arguing at the same time, and effort has to be used to make the seeker more independent, and without external spoon-feeding, he can reach the inner core, which is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
In the Atmic path, discussion of the unimportant subject matter is a great hindrance. The path of truth is the path of verification. Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification. Agreeing to disagree causes unnecessary friction.
Sage Sankara says:~ VC-47- All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the not-Self.
Advaitic wisdom is universal. Advaitic wisdom does not belong to a religion, but it is pure spirituality based on the invisible Soul, the Spirit. Advaitic wisdom is not a philosophy, but a tool to unfold the truth hidden by ignorance.
Advaitic wisdom is not the dualistic science but the mother of all Science. Advaitic wisdom is the science of Spirit, which exposes the truth hidden by form, time, and space.
Sage Sankara says the transparent truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman (Gnani).
Sage Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false leads to truth realization.: .:~ Santthosh Kumaar

The idea of reincarnation is based on the birth entity (ego), which lives and dies within the illusory world (waking).+

The idea of reincarnation is based on the birth entity (ego), which lives and dies within the illusory world (waking).
The invisible Soul, the Self, is the one that witnesses the coming and going of the dual (waking or dream)and nondual (deep sleep) experiences. When the present experience of birth, life, and death takes place in the illusion, then the reincarnation is also part of the same illusion.
The dream becomes unreal when waking takes place. Similarly, the waking becomes unreal when Advaitic wisdom dawns. Advaitic wisdom dawns when the invisible Soul, the Self, consciously remains awake in its formless nondual nature.
When the substance and witness of the three states are one in essence, that essence is consciousness. Then what value is there for the universe in which the experience of birth, life, death, and reincarnation happens?
Even if you take reincarnation as reality, the reincarnation happens within the world, which is an illusion, from the standpoint of the invisible Soul, the Self.
The Dalai Lama said: Buddhism does not need to be the best religion, though it is the most scientific and religion and inquisitive. But Buddhism has no answer to certain questions, like the existence of Atama (Soul) and rebirth. The Dalai lama said that as an individual, he believes in rebirth, as he had come across a few cases of rebirth. Modern science, the Dalai Lama hoped, would unearth the mystery behind the rebirth. (In DH –dec-212009-Gulburga).

All the Buddhist theories of reincarnation are based on the birth entity, which is the false self within the illusory world.
People who are caught up with the idea of reincarnation and rebirth theories are not qualified for Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana, or Atma Gnana, because they accept the duality as reality.
People who believe in reincarnation and rebirth theories are unaware that their belief is based on a waking entity, which is the false Self within the false experience. The waking entity itself is a false self within the false experience; it means the present experience of birth, life, death, and the world is a falsehood.
Whatever is seen, known, believed, and experienced by the waking entity is bound to be a falsehood because the invisible Soul, the Self, is birthless because it is nondual. Therefore, the rebirth and reincarnation theory based on the false self is bound to be a falsehood. :
Remember:~
Self-realization is to realize that the Self is not you but the invisible Soul, which is unborn and eternal.
Deeper self-search reveals that the present life itself is an illusion; therefore, the past life is bound to be an illusion.
The Self is unborn, eternal because it is ever-formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. The Self is birthless; therefore, it is deathless. The one that is born, lives, and dies within the world (waking) is not the Self.
The idea of reincarnation is based on the birth entity (waking entity or ego), which lives and dies within the illusory world (waking).
The Self is the one that witnesses the coming and going of the dual (waking or dream) and nondual (deep sleep) experiences.
When the experience of birth, life, and death takes place within the illusion, then reincarnation is also part of the same illusion.
A deeper self-search reveals the fact that the waking experiences (universe) itself is an illusion. It means the present experience of birth, life, death, and the world is an illusion.
Thus, the reincarnation theory based on the false Self (birth entity) within the false experience( waking) is bound to be a falsehood. When the waking entity (you) is not the Self, then whatever theories are based on the waking entity (you) are imagined theories.
This imagined theory, based on the waking entity or ego, is for those lower mindset who are incapable of grasping the ultimate truth or Brahman.
People who are caught up with the idea of reincarnation and rebirth theories are not qualified for Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana, or Atma Gnan, because they accept the duality as reality. From the ultimate standpoint, birth implies duality, and duality is a falsehood.  ~Santthosh Kumaar

The world is the same in the cause of a Gnani and in the cause of the ignorant.+

People never accept that the universe is an illusion; it is because they are part and parcel of that illusion. The reality of the illusory universe often confuses people.
Only when one acquires Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, then he realizes the world in which he exists is merely an illusion created out of the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The invisible and unborn Soul is the Self.
The universe is a reality based on ‘you (ego). You are the false Self within the false experience (waking). The universe is an illusion from the standpoint of the invisible Soul, which is the Self. The Soul is in the form of formless consciousness.
This is because of some logical reasons. First, you have to analyze the definition of truth and, hence, why the universe is not considered a reality.
People who strongly believe this world is real must realize: ~
A person who stamped his foot on the ground to refute, to show the world, is real, ignores that in the dream he would do exactly the same--stamp his dream foot on the ground and assert it to be real.
When you finally realize the Self is not you but the Self is the invisible Soul, then you will realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Thus, you, your experience of birth, life, death, and the world are merely an illusion created out of consciousness; consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
Remember:~
The world is the same in the cause of a Gnani and in the cause of the ignorant.
A Gnani has realized the world in which he exists is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, whereas the ignorant think the world in which they exists is a reality.
The look of the world in which we exist depends upon the medium through which the Seer views it. In fact, our mental and intellectual condition will determine the world that confronts us, observed and experienced.
A Gnani viewing the world in which he exists sees it differently from the ignorant viewing the same world. Each one of them interprets the world that confronts them in terms of their existing knowledge.
A Gnani sees the world in which he exists as the illusory play of the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, whereas the ignorant see the world in which he is born, lives, and dies as a reality.
A Gnani is the one who has gained the Self- knowledge has realized the 'Self', which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.
Gnani is fully aware that the invisible Soul is the Self. The invisible Soul is the fullness of consciousness without the division of form, time, and space.
In the realm of the invisible Soul, the form, time, and space are one, in essence. That essence is consciousness. The invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is second to none.
The invisible Soul is the ultimate truth, or Brahman or God in truth. :  : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The experience of birth, life, death, and the world has nothing to do with the invisible Soul, the Self.+

People who accept the universe as a reality may try to deny it. The experience of birth, life, death, and the world has nothing to do with the invisible Soul, the Self.
The invisible Soul, the Self, is birthless and deathless because it is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
In Atmic-awareness, one who sees his body, ego, and the universe, but he is fully aware that they too are nothing but consciousness.
If one thinks he is born in this world, grew up and got married and has children and grandchildren, and he is 90 years of age in a dream. And when he wakes up, the dream becomes unreal.
The sense of form, time, and space of the dream was a reality within the dream. Similarly, the form, time, and space of the waling experience will prevail as a reality, till the invisible Soul, the Self, remains in ignorance of its true nature.
When the Soul, the Self, wakes up and remains in its own awareness in the midst of the diversity, then the waking experience is merely an illusion.
If one dreams that he was a poor farmer, he did not know that one of his ancestors had buried a large quantity of gold under the ground in his field. When someone who knows the secret informs him about the treasure, then he collects it and lives happily, but when waking takes place, the dream reality is never again becoming a reality. Similarly, when wisdom dawns, the waking reality never again prevails as reality to a Gnani, even though they exist.
A yogi cannot attain realization because he thinks his body is the body and the world is the world and fails to see them as an illusion created out of the consciousness. Thus, his Samadhi is not wisdom.
The yogi thinks his experience of Samadhi is because of his individual effort. The individual experience is limited to waking experience. The waking experience is a dualistic illusion.
Thus, even his Samadhi is also limited to the waking experience, which is merely an illusion. He thinks the thoughtlessness is Samadhi, but thoughts are of the individuality. Thoughts disappear even in deep sleep. Therefore, the deep sleep is not wisdom.

If one thinks thoughtlessness is Samadhi and Samadhi is Brahman, then anyone can get knowledge of Brahman by taking sleeping pills or hemp. :~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara said: ~Liberation comes only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way.+

The Self is not you, but the Self is the invisible Soul, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space. If the Self is the invisible...
