The one who exhibits miracle power is not a Gnani; his miracle power is limited to the illusory universe or Maya.
The seeker of truth should not be carried away by Godmen’s miracle powers or by the attitude of authority which they adopt in speaking to people. It has no value.
Most gurus illustrate the ‘I know’ attitude inherited by their gurus, not knowing the ultimate truth or Brahman, really.
People are certainly brilliant intellectually in their other spheres, such as history, but remember the truth that most of these people keep the quest for truth in watertight compartments apart from the other sections of their brain. They apply reason admirably to their profession or business, but drop it and use feeling or emotion only when trying to philosophize.

The quest for truth has nothing to do with Godmen, gurus, and yogis and their miraculous power. The path of wisdom is to realize the truth beyond form, time, and space. : ~Santthosh Kumaar
