All the gurus of east and west propagate their own theory and call it Advaita.+

All the Advaitic teachings of the Gurus of the East and West have nothing to do with the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.
Remember:~Without Sage Sankara, there is no Advaita because he is the profounder of the Advaitic wisdom.
Advaita is universal. Advaita is not for Sale. Do not buy Advaita from the spiritual supermarket. Advaita is the nature of the invisible Soul, the Self. The world in which you exist is created out of a single stuff. That single stuff is consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Advaitic wisdom.
Advaitic truth is very simple, but it is very difficult to realize because you have accumulated mental garbage from different sources in the name of Advaita. Until you discard all the accumulated knowledge, you will never be able to realize the Advaitic truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.
The Advaita is the nature of the invisible Soul, the Self shines on its own awareness when wisdom dawns.
Advaita is the nondual nature of the invisible Soul, the Self, which is the cause and support of all that exists as the world in which we exist. Advaita is the nondual nature of God, the Self.
Advaita is present in the form of consciousness. Advaita is the root element of the universe.

From the Advaita, the universe comes into existence. In the Advaita, the universe resides. And into the Advaita, the universe is dissolved. The Advaita is the parent of all that is there.
Remember:~
All the gurus of East and West propagate their own theory and call it Advaita.
Only in religion and the yogic path, one have to follow and practice. Everyone thinks he has to follow some Guru or Godman. But all these methods are full of frustrations and give no real satisfaction. Reality has no method. Illusion has many methods, many problems, and many concepts.
To overcome illusion or concepts, one should know the source of the mind and from where this mind arises. “When the mind is there, then only the universe is present.
The absence of the mind is absent from the universe. The absence of the universe is absent of duality. The absence of duality is the absence of thoughts.
Thus, until one becomes aware of what the mind is and what the substance of the mind is, it is impossible to assimilate the nondualistic or Advaitic truth.
Advaitic wisdom does not come just by sitting quietly, observing silence, and meditating, indulging in repeating mantras, reading books, hearing sermons, meeting Gurus or yogis, and doing pranayama, but wisdom dawns only when you realize that the Self is not you, but the Self is the invisible Soul.
Some Gurus give speeches telling people to surrender to the Guru unconditionally, and then only they get self-realization. All such claims are empty words. Their falsity speaks louder than words.
If you are seeking truth, then you should disregard such claims. Not by listening to the sermons of the Gurus, nor by the study of books, nor by meritorious deeds, nor by any other means to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
That is why Swami Vivekananda said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own Soul.”
The Guru is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and the Guru is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known.
A Guru is needed in the religious and the yogic path. There is no need for a Guru to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
That is why Buddha said: ~ “Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true.
Upanishads:~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking they are wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Upanishads Nikilanada - Ch II-5 P-14)
The wisdom consists in knowing the truth, that everything (mind or physical existence) is consciousness. The freedom (ultimate truth) is always there, yet one does not know it. But to those whose reason is turned away from physicality and who have attained the serenity of the invisible Soul, the Self, are quite near to realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara said: ~Liberation comes only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way.+
